STICA is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization based in Upstate New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. 

STICA is a community-driven organization formed in the 1970s by Indian families who wanted to preserve and share the richness of Indian culture, traditions, and values in their new home. It brings together people of Indian origin and the larger community through cultural events, festivals, educational programs, and social gatherings.
